Dan has been in the building trade all his working life and has worked with SnapeCall for many years as a trusted and reliable kitchen installer and carpenter. Dan is now broadening his experience and training as he develops his new role in our Restoration Team.

Simon is an experienced construction and refurbishment specialist. During his career he has worked on the specialist conservation of a number of listed properties building on his knowledge and experience all the time. Simon is also a qualified restoration and mould specialist.

Simon is a highly skilled Construction Specialist having run his own business for many years before deciding to advance his career with SnapeCall. Simon now surveys and manages Insurance Claim Projects of all sizes in our business and is a key member of our team.

Dan is a qualified building surveyor and construction specialist with substantial experience dealing with domestic and commercial property.

Adam has worked in our Industry for many years and is a highly experienced Insurance Claim Building Surveyor. His significant experience and expertise helps Adam manage some of our larger and more complicated claims.

Nick has been managing Insurance Repairs and general building works across the South West for more years than he cares to remember. He brings a wealth of technical knowledge to his role and has real compassion for his customers.

John is a proven construction manager who is used to dealing with multiple projects at the same time. He builds strong relations with his customers and construction trades helping to provide successful solutions.

Joelly has been a key member of our team for many years, previously managing all aspects of our claim administration and now Desktop Managing our customers claims. Joelly is supported by a team of Surveyors across the South West.

Gill is an experienced Customer Service Manager and often the first point of contact for our Customers, receiving new instructions from our Clients and booking Managers appointments to inspect and assess damage.

Casey joined our business through our apprentice programme and is aiming to develop a career in construction management accounts having completed his apprenticeship. He continues to persue an Insurance Industry Specific training programme supported by SnapeCall along with one of our clients and is well placed to help our customers throughout their claim process.

Matt joined us from a production management background, bringing great structure to his work. He has substantial construction experience having been involved in a number of high value refurbishments. Matt supports our whole Management team and helps to achieve a cohesive repair process.

Phill is an extremely competent Quantity Surveyor, Building Surveyor and Technical Specialist. He specialises in subsidence works and likes nothing more than getting involved in something complicated that others shy away from.

Sarah and her team look after all things accounts. Her team ensure our specialist sub-contractors and material suppliers are paid on time, the staff payroll runs correctly and claims are settled with speed and accuracy.

Justin joined the business in 2005 and established the insurance division within the Snape Group. He leads a highly successful operation, with a great team who really care for their customers. Justin continues to lead the business through times of great change within the insurance industry whilst maintaining focus on the needs of the client and the customer.
